SETUP
Welcome to the empty reel.
The build is intact — it simply hasn't been wired to live services yet. Five steps, all documented:

Copy the environment template
In igris-web/, copy .env.example to .env.local and fill DATABASE_URL with your Neon connection string.

Push the schema
npm run db:push creates the tables (users, projects, media, placements, enquiries…) in your Neon database.

Seed the legacy reels
npm run seed loads the nine real work images, four video embeds and the old site's project records.

Set your admin role
Sign up once on the site, then promote your account with the SQL in the admin Settings page.
5
Add Resend + R2 keys
Fill RESEND_API_KEY/OWNER_EMAIL and the R2_* variables so email and uploads leave 'not configured' mode.
